I met Jon through running and Michelle. My best marathon story about Jon is related to the year when my husband Brendan and Michelle had qualified to run Boston. Jon and I had not (actually I still haven't). Michelle, 3 other girlfriends and Brendan had left for the start line so I decided to go for a run in Cambridge before heading to the finish line. Who should I meet around Harvard but Jon - he smiled his memorable smile and said "where are those other bums they are not out here today". What a great trip it was with a great group of friends. It reminds me to always cherish the moment.
